The White Horse Model Club site does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user’s IP address which is automatically recognized by the Web server.
We do not use cookies for collecting user information from the site and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the Web server.
Personal information given to the White Horse Model Club by the completion of on-screen forms or paper forms will be recorded on a computer and will be used for administrative purposes required for the running of the club. With the exception of the 'Visitors Book', It is not intended that forms should be returned by e-mail, but printed locally and returned using existing channels. Information provided will not be used for marketing purposes nor will it be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
